The Room is the first game in the series. This game revolves around a single box, and eventually leads to the cog room.


Walkthrough

Chapter 1

Zoom in to the letter. Slide it out. Take The key.

Slide the round box till a keyhole appears. Use your key on it. Open the box.

Zoom into the note. Read it, and zoom out. Zoom into to the leg that says fire. Push it. Take the key.

Look at the key, and turn it. Exit the inventory.

Zoom into the side of the safe where you found the key. Slide the wooden object to the side. Use the key.

Pick up the Wrench, and go To the talisman seal. Unscrew the blue bolt. Pick the lense up, and activate the eyepiece. Deactivate the eyepiece.

Go to the thing over the closed circle in the front of the safe. Slide the red wood out of the way. Switch the key to the second shape and use it in the keyhole.

Activate the eyepiece, and slide the circles to make the shape. Once done, open the safe.

Chapter 2

Zoom into the round post with the large golden plate on the top. Turn the plate . Grab the telescope.

Look at the telescope, and line the arrows up with each other. Exit the inventory. Zoom into the bottom of the other round post. Turn the golden foot around, and take the cotton.

Go to the side with the dials with numbers. Activate the eyepiece and look at the numbers. To the side is a symbol. Remember that. The code for the dials is (starting from the top and going counter-clockwise), 2, 5, 6, 7. Flip the switch. A projector should come out of the box.

Zoom into the post next to the dials with symbols. Tap on the middle of it. Take the book. In the place of the book is a symbol. Remember that. Zoom out and zoom into the top of the same post. Remember the symbol.

Look at the book. Slide the circles to unlock it. Take the winding key. Zoom out, and go to the projector.

Place the telescope on the two posts. Go to the lighter, and place your cotton on the hole. Light the cotton. Slide the cover up. Go to the side of the projector and open the door. Place your winding key and turn it to start up the clockwork. Activate the eyepiece, and view the projection. Remember the word TRIAL.

After the projection, you will be zoomed into a circular dial. Activate the eyepiece, and match up the picture. Once done a door should open up. Take the L tile. Go to the letter dials, place the L on the blank spot, and spell the word TRIAL. The first seal should open.

After the seal opens, a safe should come out of the box. Go to the top and flip the switch. Tilt the device to get all of the crystals glowing. On Steam or Nintendo Switch, tap the circular plate. A wooden square should come out. Activate the eyepiece, and line up the lines to get the symbol. A keyhole will appear. Zoom out. Zoom into the top of the box, and look at the symbol. Remember that.

Go to the dials with symbols. All the symbols from earlier are clues. From the top left and going clockwise, the code is, circle-ish symbol, square swirly, guitar, and the last symbol can be found by trial and error. If done correctly, a compartment should open. Take the key.

Go to the keyhole created earlier. Use the key, and open the cabinet. Take the key. Go to the front of the safe and use the key. Take the star.

Go to the top of the box and place the star in the star-shaped hole. Take the safe dial, and turn the square dial so the darker part is facing top right. Go to the side of the safe and place the dial. Turn it like this: 1 left, 2 right, 1 left, 1 right, 1 left. On mobile, move the switches to the top at the same time, on Steam or Nintendo Switch, there are clues to tell you which number to slide the switch to. Once done, grab the key.

Try using the key on the lock. It will tell you that it doesn't fit. Look at the key, and line up the shape with the blue outline. The key will now work. Take the dial. Go to the side with the cog emblem and place the dial in the circular indentation. The second seal will open, and a clock will come out of the box.

Zoom into the plate with a triangle. Slide it up and turn the dial so the triangle points up. Zoom out and go to the side with the cogs. Turn the dial with a pentagon so the dark part faces the top left. Then move the switch to the left side. The gold cog should move left. Turn it till the two metal plates connect. The box will open up. Then turn the dial with a circle on it so the dark part faces the bottom right. If all the dials were turned correctly, you should be able to open the drawer. Take the cog and elastic band.

Go back to the cogs and place your cog onto the circular cog holder. Turn it until the first gear goes to the top. Take the screwdriver. Go to the other side of the clock and remove the metal plate with your screw. Push the button to create an opening. Pick up the key

Go to the key hole in the middle of the safe. Use the key. It won't fit. Line the key up with the blue shape. Once done, the key should work. Take the cog, and go to the cogs on the clock.

Place the cog between the other two cogs, and flip the switch to the right. Turn it until the cog gets to the top. Take the second cog. Remove the other cog, and place the two cogs on the spots that have not been used yet. Connect the two cogs with the elastic band and turn them. Push the button and take the metal tube.

Look at the tube and take the key and photo. On the back of the photo is written REV. 6:05. Go to the wooden door and unlock it with your key. Activate the eyepiece and create the symbol. Take the shield.

Go to the top of the box and give the shield to the golden statue. Take the gem. Go to the front of the clock and place the gem in the slot. Activate the eyepiece to see the two hands. Slide the dial so they read 6:05. The third seal will open and the chapter will end.

Chapter 3

One thing to remember for this level is IGNORE THE TOP!!!

Activate the eyepiece. Look around until you see a white mark. Zoom into it. Deactivate the eyepiece and slide the seal. Flip the switch. Take the box.

Look at the box. Play around with the ball until it goes into the indentation. Take the key. Zoom out and go to the safe dial. Use your key. The safe combination goes as follows: 5 left, 4 right, 5 left, 6 right.

Take the square peg, and place your photograph in the viewer. Activate the eyepiece and look at the photo. Remember SIGIL. Zoom out and go to the circle with a square over it. Activate the eyepice. Move the rectangles until you get a square indententation. Place your peg inside it. The code for the dial that should appear is SIGIL. Take the crystal.

Go to the hexagonial indentation. Place the crystal there. Turn the dial to dialate the beam. Take the flywheel. Zoom out and go to the circle indentation with a plus. Put the flywheel on it. Take the reflector. Then look closely at the drawer. Push the button and take the globe piece.

Go to the light beam and put your reflector there. Push the left button. Look around for more buttons until you find a key. Be quick! If you are too slow, you will have to do it all over again. Once done, push the right button and do the same thing until you find a map piece.

Take the key to the strange keyhole. Use it, and it won't fit. Then look at the key and match it up with the blue outline. Then use the key and take the reflector. Go to the other reflector and attactch the second one to it. A compartment should open up. Activate the eypiece, and move the mirrors until the light beam goes forward. Take the map piece. Once done, there should be a large star chart around you.

At this point, you should have three map pieces. Go to the globe and place all three of them on it. Take the crank. Go to the golden circle, and place your crank in the square indentation. Turn it to open the circle. Activate the eyepice and create the symbol. Take the box.

look at the box, and line up the lines. It should open up. Over the large keyhole that we already opened, there is a square. place the box on it. Look through the telescope. Remember the code. Go to the keypad next to the globe and put in the code. Take the globe piece.

Place the map piece on the globe. A lever should come out of the box. Pull it.

Chapter 4

Go to the little bars on the side of the table (it will be a cogs with a crystal on it in the steam/nintendo). On mobile, tilt the device to get the crystals in the middle. On steam/nintendo, move the cogs. Pick up the crank.

Zoom out and go to the square on the side of the table. Tap it, and place the crank on the indentation. Turn the crank. Then you will be moved to a spot with a cog turning. Push the button. Go to the wooden plate. Activate the eyepiece and create the symbol. Take the dagger.

Place the dagger in the middle of the table. Planets should come out of the box and a keypad will pop up. Look at the plate again with the eyepiece. Put the code into the keypad. The planets will spin. Push the button again. Look at the plate again and put in the code.

The planets will stop. Activate the eyepiece and create the symbol on the plate again. You will get a gold amulet. Place is on to the cirlce with triangles on it. The planets will go away.

Turning the amulet will turn the middle. When one looks at the plate, there is a box with squares on it. This is the pattern for the buttons. To save you the trouble of doing it yourself the code is provied below. The * indicatds what button to push.

Take the Null Sample and push the button. Look at the plate with the eyepeice. You will be transported to Greyhenge.

Look at the box with the eyepeice. Rotate the box sides to line up the symbol. Place the Null Sample on the platform.
